An Electric Future

Chrysler has announced that it plans to have a full EV line-up by 2028 – one that will rival Tesla’s. One electric vehicle is expected to hit the market each year, including a crossover SUV and a minivan. These Airflow Concept vehicles will feature large display screens that reach nearly from door to door, utilizing the brand-new “STLA Brain” software suite and “STLA SmartCockpit.” They will also offer an estimated 350 to 400 miles of range on a single charge.

Innovative Interior

Airflow Concept EVs, reminiscent of Tesla models, will have a glass roof and eight upgraded display screens (driver, passenger, rear-seat, and central infotainment) to provide a more sleek look. While the Airflow Concept vehicle seats four, the actual production model will likely have a rear bench to provide comfortable seating for five.

Although Chrysler hasn’t revealed dimensions yet, this concept car appears to have ample cargo space. Plus, upscale interior upholstery and stylish accents throughout the cabin provide a luxurious feel. You’ll also enjoy top connectivity and infotainment features – like voice assist, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, wireless charging, advanced audio system, and more!

Electric Charge And Drive

The new Airflow Concept EV will feature a 201-horsepower electric motor. It is suspected that higher trims may be equipped with dual 201-horsepower engines that work in tandem with an all-wheel-drive layout, combining to deliver 400 horses. One engine will be positioned in the front, with the other in the rear, to optimize cabin space. A 118 kWh flat battery is expected to provide 400 miles of range on a single charge – much to eco-friendly drivers’ delight!

Another exciting feature is STLA AutoDrive, ranking at Level 3 for self-driving capabilities. This designation means that the EV can maneuver itself in certain situations, but that the driver must remain ready to take back control of the wheel. Stay tuned for more details!
